  • 1 Diabolical service!

    I had no hot water or heating for several days while waiting for boiler parts. Whenever I called them, they were abrupt and unhelpful. They never once called me. This company employs young men who have no idea about customer service. They charged me over £400 for visits and parts (one of which I never received). Finally, I got a man, who was recommended to me, to install a new boiler. That's the lesson, employ only by recommendation. Do not use Heat Assist. You have been warned!
