• Good food good service

  I went there in the day time with my daughter and my friend and her son. The service was very good, the salad cart was fresh and our main meals came out promptly. The man seving us was a bit over friendly but it wasnt uncomfortable Im just not one to chat and dont like saying more than my order. Was good value for money and I would recommend going.

• What a poor show

  I went with my family for a meal to this restaurant. We have been there many times before, the last time was about 4 months ago and I usually thought how good it was. Oh how things had changed this time!We arrived at 6.45pm and waited 30 mins at the bar for a table. When we were shown our table at 7.15 the waitress told us 'We have no fries today'. Oh how we were disappointed. As it was a Saturday night I thought this was very poor.We try not to eat fries often at home but when we go for this type of meal we all usually have fries, and our faces fell when we were offered jacket or wedges. I went for the jacket (which was so hard it was hardly edible - and a the bottom was black), and the others went for wedges which they said were tastless and dry.There was no lettuce on the salad bar and the only rolls were brown. My son only likes white rolls so he was disappointed.Altogether we all left disappointed and I doubt if we will go back there. I did try to complain on the Harvester website but couldnt find anywhere where you could writefeedback.My advise is to avoid the Northolt Harvester
