Andy has fixed a couple of bikes of mine one which was a major repair which was seemingly bodged up by the previous owner and was on the verge of being a write off. He kept me updated and even though he was busy done the job and kept my bike going at an excellent price. Excellent mechanic the only critiscm is he takes on too much work i think he would benefit from employing someone to help him. I would recommend him to anyone first class
this guy has has worked on 5 of my bikes undertaking a whole range of jobs from dyno jetting and big bore kits to servicing & tyres on a totally different range of bike like a 1987 fz600 a 1987 fzr1000 genesis a vespa et2 50cc aprilia sr125 2002 gsxr1000 and all work and prices was a spot on many thanks
I have worked in the bike trade for 6 years in sales so I know the costs of bike maintenance etc. I was extremely impressed with Andy Douglass's work. He fixed my bike without patronising me and charged much less than the other local dealers were quoting. I have been using him now for two years and would definately recommend him. I'm not sure what the bad review is about but would suggest it couldn't have been that bad if the person couldn't be bothered to persue it.
Andy was recommended to me, now he works on my R6 (services etc) A fair price for a good quality service,excellent,1st class.
Andy was recommended to me by an Advanced Club member. I have been a customer for three years. Just had my 07 blade serviced. Excellent job, well done, for example the calipers were very clean with copper slip etc. I've always had excellent service and hes cheaper than a main dealer.
Im not sure what the person above is talking about as i have been a customer of Andy's for several years and recieved nothign but A* service. He is a competant technition who is ery good value for money. Highly recommended.
After keeping my motorbike for over 6 months, Andy Douglass charged £ 800 (had to pay in cash without receipt). 5 miles after, the bike was down again as the problem was in the carburation. This total dishonest time waster changed engine and other parts. A total discrase for a UK mechanic not to mention a dishonest thief! Stupid me I didn’t even report him! BIKERS BE AWARE!
