• USELESS SERVICE & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

  This company is absolutely useless, even after reading the above reviews I thought we'd give them the benefit of the doubt.... DON'T!!! They do not pick up skips when they say they will causing costly delays to building work. Use them at your risk and enjoy the view of full skip for months on end if you do decide to get a skip from FIRST SKIPS!

• Ridiculous (Don't bother)

  This company is a joke. My builder used them to order 16 or more skips. The last skip i ordered is still sitting on my drive 2 months after my builder has finished work. They refuse to pick it up. Keep making promises but no sign of them moving that thing.

• big mistake to use first skip

  i never recommend to anyone for first skip if they cant manage they should have to close down the business . very bad service while u talking they put the phone down and giving u a false promises last 3 weeks iam keep on ringing tham to pick full skip front of my garden but iam still waitting . bad experiance

• Disgusted by level of service

  Would not recommend "First Skip", very rude and poor service. Been chasing them up to collect the skip for 1 month, states that they will collect when they are ready and not when we want it to be collected. The numbers on the skip hardly work, the chap on the mobile gave false promises. it got to a point where he hung up on me, please use other company very poor service

  Would not recomment I rang severeal times to have skip picked up and just got given false promises. Very rude people not customer service skills whatsoever. Should not be running a business. Happy to take money up front but not interested in the level of service you would want. They will pick up when they are ready and not when you need it. Which kind of defeats the whole object, especially when you go through the amount of skips which we need.
