Horrible!!!!

Please understand English before you start a business in Canada.I called in a day before and specifically ordered a pizza to be ready by 12pm the next day. On the day of, I called 15 minutes before pickup and a lady that barely understood English didn't know I ordered from the day before. So I told her to make it and I'll come within 15 minutes. When I get there, she says she's going to make it now so I had to wait another 15 minutes. It was NOT busy and no delivery/pickup orders were going out except mine.She made brought out the exact pizza I ordered within 5 minutes, but serves it to customers so I had to wait.After waiting for 20 minutes, she asks me to pay for tip. Why would you need to pay tip on a pickup order? RIDICULOUS.
