I have used this shop for several years now, but the last time I updated my phone I swore I wouldn't buy from then again. Having taken my credit card and driving license and photocopied both sides of them (for my signature). They then asked me to sign three printed sheets of paper. Then they said my signatures did not match those they had and it had to be an exact copy so would I do it again. I did them again (all three) and they then said the end part of my signature was not the same and would I do it again (all three). Then they said that one of the signatures did not match the other two, nor the one on my driving license. I pointed out that the one on my driving license did not match the one on my credit card either. I signed again, and again, and again. Three quarters of an hour later of continual signing I said if this one didn't match they could keep the phone - surprisingly it matched. I will never go through this again!
