Brief description

Uxbridge's leading independant health club. All members get a 2 week induction and another 2 months free Personal Training! Fitness Room with cardio and toning machines, Weights Room with extensive olympic free weights and a studio with group exercise classes. Classes available to non-members - get timetable by e-mailing studio_timetable@flexlifestyles.co.uk

We are the only health club around to offer all members 2 months of free Personal Training with our Activ-8 Programme. We provide a level of health and support not seen in other clubs and promote a warm, friendly and informal atmosphere.
